- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate address information when placing orders. Wood and Olives B.V. is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect customer data entry.

- In case of infringement of Wood and Olives B.V.’s intellectual property rights, legal action will be taken in accordance with Dutch and European law, as well as international treaties protecting intellectual property.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
