  • Payments must be made via the payment methods offered on our website.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We strive to ship orders within the indicated delivery time. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.
  • Shipping is carried out through our logistics partners. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third parties.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are stated at checkout.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be registered in advance via info@woodandolives.com.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • We guarantee that our products meet normal standards of quality and usability.
  • If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery via info@woodandolives.com.
  • Our liability is limited to replacing or reimbursing defective products. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of income, or other indirect damages.
