Return and Refund Policy

At Wood and Olives B.V., we strive for customer satisfaction and quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy that complies with the applicable European legal directives. This document outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Return Conditions

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accompanying labels and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us first. You will then receive a link to our return portal where you can create a return label. The correct return address will be automatically printed on the label. Returns via Bol.com are handled through Bol’s own process.

After approval of your return request, you will receive further instructions. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

3. Exceptions to Returns

Some products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Sealed products where the seal has been broken after delivery (such as hygiene products and cosmetics).
  • Products showing signs of use that are no longer in their original condition.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive confirmation about the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For partial returns, only the amount of the returned product will be refunded.
  • If you have not received a refund after 15 working days, please contact us at info@woodandolives.com.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. 
  • If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Please contact us first in such cases.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us within 48 hours at info@woodandolives.com with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, send a replacement or offer a refund.
