Shipping and Cancellation Policy

At Wood and Olives B.V., we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines our shipping terms, delivery times, cancellation options, and return procedures. By placing an order with Wood and Olives B.V., you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on business days before 20:00 will be shipped the next day.
  • During busy periods, such as holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Within the Netherlands: Orders placed before 20:00 = delivered next day.
  • International Shipping: Delivery within the EU is available; shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. 

    Please note: deliveries may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands.
  • For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for international shipments within the EU, automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

4. Local Pickup

Currently, we do not offer a local pickup option.

5. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 3 hours after receipt of the order confirmation.
  • If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible for changes or cancellations at info@woodandolives.com.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be registered in advance via info@woodandolives.com.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, report it within 48 hours via info@woodandolives.com with clear photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a solution in the form of a replacement or refund.

8. Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us.
  • For lost shipments or delivery problems, we cooperate with our logistics partners to find a suitable solution.
